Following rules apply to all the competitions held by Jackpotdraws
- Competitions are open to anyone aged 18 or over based in the UK.
- All competitions are pay to enter. Ticket prices are listed clearly under the title of the competition.
- All ticket sales are final. However, in extreme circumstances jackpotdraws could consider a refund latest 7 days prior to the competition end date.
- For ‘Prize Draw Competitions’, you must successfully select the correct answer to the question from the multiple choice answers given. Winners will be drawn live on facebook after the competition has finished or sold out before the deadline.
- Live draws are held at 17:00 UK Time the same day the competition ends.
- Each order is a random and unique ticket number.
- Winning odds are always mentioned on the prize page for example 200, 250, 300 etc.
- Draws are done live with google random number generator and random number is generated within the given odds. For example, if odds are 1 to 200 regardless of how many tickets were sold, all 200 tickets are entered in the draw.
- Odds of winning will never be changed after the competition has started. For example if 200 tickets were available and only 1 ticket was sold then odds of winning will stay the same as all 200 tickets are sold i.e 1 to 200.
- If a number is generated with no actual winner then the prize will be rolled over to next month and all the participants will be notified via email.
- When the prize is rolled over to next month all the tickets purchased for last draw will still be valid for the rolled over draw.
- Each prize is rolled over TWO TIMES and if no one wins the prize the THIRD TIME it is no longer rolled over. People who have purchased a ticket will get 50% refund of their spend in their wallet.
- Cash Prizes are not rolled over. If winning ticket does not have an owner it will be relaunched the following week with original prizes plus an additional 100 GBP. Original tickets bought previous week will no longer be valid and it will be a fresh competition.
- No refunds are issued if the prize is rolled over to next month.
- Due to privacy reasons, we do not share detailed information of the participants.
- Winners will be notified within 24 hours of the closing via SMS or Email.
- Please allow up to 14 days for delivery of prizes from the date of validating your claim or being informed you are a winner via email.
- Claims are only valid if the winner’s name and address are on the profile. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure their contact details on the site are correct and up-to-date.
- Unless otherwise stated, we reserve the right to substitute a cash prize for the chosen prize to an acceptable value alternative. This is at Jackpotdraws discretion. This occasion may arise when an advertised prize on the site is no longer available, but it is not the responsibility of any 3rd party company. Otherwise prizes are as stated.
- If the prize sponsor fails to deliver the prize to the winners, this is not the responsibility of the Jackpotdraws to replace this prize (although full assistance will be given in trying to resolve the matter).
- If a participant receives a winner notification in error, then no prize will be due.
- If there is an error in the prize description, value, number of winners or other, then there will be no obligation to fulfil the prize.
- Any participant found to be using robot forms to enter a competition will invalidate their entry to the competition and will be disqualified from the competition.
- Prize winner’s details will be displayed on the website as initial and surname only e.g. J. Smith. Any images and names supplied or shared on social platforms will be deemed to have had any copyright ownership transferred to the Jackpotdraws and may be used for future promotions.
- Return and refund of the goods and services are processed by the 3rd party provider and are as per their refund and return policy.
- Winners details are only shared with the provider of the service for fulfilment of the prize. This can be used in future for marketing purposes by the 3rd party provider.
- Jackpotdraws may use Personal Data for the following purposes: To contact you by email, telephone call or other equivalent forms of electronic communication or in-person communication when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.
- Winners agree to provide photo evidence of receiving the prizes.
- Any changes to prize draw frequency or allowed daily/weekly limit may occur without notice and are solely at Jackpotdraws discretion.
- Multiple accounts for individuals are not allowed, and members registering multiple accounts may have any number of their accounts and existing entries deleted without prior notice. Any entries made using a duplicate account will invalidate claims to prizes.
- All competitions may be subject to additional rules. These will be listed in the special terms and competition details on the competition entry page.
- Any personal information, including, without limitation, your name, age, address (including postcode) and/or email address will be used in accordance.
- Please note we will try our hardest to contact winners and deliver prizes however if we are not able to get in touch with you we reserve the right to re draw the winner(s) and allocate the prize to someone else. This is most likely to occur but is not limited to time sensitive prizes or where a choice of prize(s) is available. Please ensure when registering and entering competitions you provide a contact telephone number as well as ensuring the email address you are registered with is up to date to minimise the possibility of this happening.
- These rules will be governed by English law, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
